This is my journey of taking a step back from the fast paced world we live in today. Attempting to live in a holistic way, taking care of the mind, body, and spirit. The starting point of this journey will be food; using food as a tool to heal the body from the inside out by eating whole, unprocessed foods. Using this way of of eating to have the energy and vitality to lead a full and happy life.
But food is just the building blocks, the foundation of this journey. It’s also about slowing down (doing things the old fashioned way) taking care of the environment around us that gives us nourishment for the body and spirit with its beauty.
